Starting is the hardest part and this story spans a while.  The short version is that we both worked as engineers for 20 years and just quit our jobs to travel.  December 15th 2023 was our last day at work! We’ve been privileged that we’ve never been officially out of work and in all that time we’ve never taken more than two weeks off of vacation together.  We’ve each been between jobs for longer (but never together).  So this is our chance to adventure travel, sail, and cook!  Welcome to our little corner of the internet.  We’re glad you’re here.  We’ll share our thoughts on finances and how we saved for this, crazy things we’re doing, and other fun ideas.  Thanks for coming along! – A&B
