As part of giving things away (see our post on minimizing), we took some things to our niece in NYC. We stayed at The Franklin Hotel where we were delightfully watched over by owls.

We generally helped move the items we brought into the apartment and also helped organize and put up art. We had the best time! The most popular item (*I think*) was the TV. Check out the clock of death (i.e. doomsday clock) when you plug in a laptop!

We stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed food both at home (French picnic!) including bread from Orwashers and also went out to the THEP Thai restaurant. We had the best time!
